G0793 27-1/2" Heavy-Duty Drill Press with Auto-Feed
A heavy-duty gearhead drill press built for the most demanding of jobs.
The G0793 27-1/2" Heavy-Duty Drill Press with Auto-Feed features 27-1/2" of swing, weighs over 1000 lbs. and stands 89-1/2" tall.
This machine has dual gear selectors that allow for 18 different spindle speeds from 60 - 1740 RPM.
The tapered MT#4 spindle has 7" of travel, features two-speed automatic downfeed, a reversable motor for tapping and a tooling ejection feature for fast bit changes.
The massive 6" diameter column provides the necessary rigidity to ensure repeatable accuracy.
The cast-iron table is nearly 2" thick and features a unique 22" x 19-1/16" L-shaped work surface, five 5/8" T-slots and coolant drainage troughs.
The built-in coolant system to keep metal cool and drilling precise.
The maximum spindle-to-table distance is 30-3/4" and if that's not enough, the table rotates out of the way so that the workpiece can mount to the precision-ground base table using its two 5/8" T-slots.
Like all Grizzly drill presses, the G0793 comes with a 1-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects. (Consumables are not covered by the warranty.)
The G0793 manual was written by our U.S. based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your drill press.
Due to product size, this item must be delivered to a loading dock or unloaded with a forklift. Liftgate not available.

How Will My Freight Be Delivered?
This item ships via truck freight. The trucking company will call you to arrange for curbside delivery. Your delivery address must be accessible by tractor-trailer. Truck drivers are not required to give assistance unloading, which means that you are responsible for unloading your freight and moving it to your shop. We estimate, but cannot guarantee, delivery in 3 to 5 business days. If tracking your order on the carrier’s website, ignore any estimated delivery dates as these are often incorrect.
What If I Need Help Unloading And Moving My Freight To My Shop? Do You Offer Any Extra Delivery Services?
Your delivery address must be accessible by tractor-trailer and you are still responsible for moving the freight from your curbside to your shop.
Some freight terminals are equipped to offer additional services - such as moving the freight into your shop or garage for you - on a limited basis for an additional charge. None of the carriers we work with will move freight up or down stairs. If you are interested in finding out whether the carrier can offer additional delivery services for your order, please send us a message and we will be happy to look into it for you. Please be advised that Grizzly Industrial will not be responsible for providing these services for returns.
I Work Full Time And There Is No One Home To Receive My Freight Delivery. What Are My Options?
Freight is delivered on weekdays during normal business hours. Many customers find it more convenient to arrange to pick up at the carrier's terminal or to have their orders shipped to their work address or to a friend who can be home to accept delivery during the day. Since it is your responsibility to unload your freight from the truck and to inspect your freight to be sure you receive the right number of boxes in good condition, someone must be present at the time of delivery.
